In addition, returns or exchanges without reason are accepted, provided the item remains in a condition that does not affect resale.
Return & Exchange Process
You must contact our customer support team via email or phone to submit a request and provide your order number, payment confirmation, reason for return or exchange, and relevant photos or videos as evidence. Our team will review your request promptly and notify you of the outcome. Once approved, we will provide the return address and a return label. You are required to send the item back to the designated address with the return label attached and wait for us to receive and inspect the item to confirm that it matches the reported condition.
For returns, the refund process will be arranged immediately after inspection approval.

Refund Process
After the return is confirmed, we will process your refund within 1 to 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Fees and Charges
If the return or exchange is due to product appearance issues, quality problems, color differences, odor, or items not matching the order, the shipping cost will be covered by us.
For returns or exchanges without reason, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
